Other Information:

• Minimum Rental Period: 3 nights.
• Extra Cleaning Fee: 2,500 TL for stays shorter than 5 nights.
• Damage Deposit: 3,000 TL (refundable upon check-out).
• Internet: Internet usage is limited due to regional infrastructure.

Extra Services:

The villa is delivered clean to its guests, and cleaning service is provided once a week. Garden and pool maintenance are done daily. Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the rental price.
