1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • Advance Payment: %20 of the total rental fee is collected by credit card/bank transfer at the time of reservation.
  • Remaining Payment: Paid in cash on the day of arrival at the property. The exchange rate is calculated based on the TCMB selling rate on the day of payment.
  • Damage Deposit: The deposit, determined separately from the rental fee, is collected in cash at check-in. It is refunded at check-out if there is no damage.

2. CHECK-IN-CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING

  • Check-in: After 16:00, Check-out: Before 10:00. An additional fee is charged for late check-outs.
  • Cleaning: The property is handed over clean. Cleaning service is not included (it may be offered as an optional additional service).

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

A) Responsibilities of the LESSEE (Villacepte):

  1. Carrying out the reservation process completely.
  2. Handing over the property clean and ready for use on the specified date.
  3. Providing technical support for emergencies (electricity/water failure, etc.) (the repair time may be extended during the high season).
  4. Allocation of an equivalent property in case of major failures (if possible).

B) Responsibilities of the RENTER (Customer):

  1. Smoking/alcohol ban: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
  2. Pets: Not accepted without written permission.
  3. Number of people: Not to exceed the number of people specified in the reservation.
  4. Use of items: Obligation to report immediately in case of damage.
  5. Illegal activity: Eviction and legal proceedings are applied upon detection.
  6. Neighbors' rights: Noise is not allowed.

4. RISKS AND LIMITATIONS

  • No refund is made in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.
  • Personal belongings: Villacepte is not responsible. Travel insurance is recommended.
  • Pool/environment risks:
    • There is no pool heating (unless specified).
    • Insects/scorpions may be seen (regular pest control is carried out).
  • Geographical conditions: Preliminary research on road conditions, location, etc. is the customer's responsibility.

5. LEGAL PROVISIONS

  • Competent Court: Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices.
  • Consumer Disputes: Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committee.
  • Right of Withdrawal: Does not exist due to the distance sales exception.
  • Contract Language: Turkish. Electronic signature is valid.

6. OTHER

  • Invoice: Villacepte issues an invoice only for the commission fee. The remaining amount belongs to the villa owner.
  • Data Security: Pursuant to KVKK, identity information is shared only in the event of a legal obligation.

ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS

  1. Pool/Garden Maintenance: Carried out in the early morning hours.
  2. Internet: Interruptions/slowdowns may occur.
  3. Photographs: Size differences may occur due to wide-angle shooting.
