Kitchen: Equipped with a fully furnished American kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and kitchen utensils. This area allows guests to prepare their own meals and set up enjoyable tables with their families in a warm atmosphere.

Living Room: The living room, with its modern and luxurious design, offers a space where our guests can spend comfortable and enjoyable time with a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet connection. The living room provides direct access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Features three single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: There is a main pool measuring 10 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.55 meters in depth. Additionally, there is a children's pool for kids, measuring 4 meters in length, 2 meters in width, and 0.30 meters in depth.

Additional Information:

• Short Stay Fee: A short stay fee of 2,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required for the villa. This amount is collected upon check-in and refunded upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded as long as there is no damage, loss, or broken items during your stay. Payment can be made in USD, GBP, or EUR based on the current exchange rate.
• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you vacate your room on time so that our cleaning team can prepare for our next guests.
• Transportation: The villa is located far from the city center. Public transportation is not available; guests who wish to arrange paid transfer or car rental services can get support from our sales consultants. The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
