The villa is located in a peaceful setting intertwined with nature in the İkizce area of Kalkan. Designed especially for our guests seeking a quiet holiday away from the city's noise, this villa offers an ideal accommodation option for conservative families with its sheltered pool. The villa consists of two separate apartments on the lower and upper floors, with a total accommodation capacity of up to 8 people.

Villa Features

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Bathroom and WC are shared (air conditioning is only in the living room).
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table. Bathroom and WC are shared (air conditioning is only in the living room).
• Living Room: Equipped with a seating group, dining table and chairs, open kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and coffee table.

Note: The villa consists of two apartments, lower and upper floors. For rentals of 4 people, only the lower floor apartment is used. There may be price differences for accommodation requests for 8 people; you can get support from our customer representatives for detailed information.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean to our guests upon arrival. A second cleaning request can be made for a fee. Pool and terrace maintenance is carried out regularly by staff every early morning.

Deposit

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is taken upon entering the villa. The deposit is refunded if there is no damage on the day of departure.
