Situated in a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this villa is specially designed for conservative families, nuclear families, and honeymoon couples. Combining comfort and privacy with its wooden architecture and private, sheltered pool, Villa promises a unique holiday experience.

Accommodation Capacity and Room Arrangement

It has a capacity to accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and shared bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and shared bathroom/WC.

Clean bed linen and towel sets are provided in the bedrooms.

Living Room

A comfortable living space is offered with a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, and a spacious area opening to the poolside.

Kitchen

All the items you may need during your holiday are available in our fully equipped kitchen:

• Refrigerator

• Oven and 4-burner hob

• Pans, pots, cutlery
  If any items are missing, they will be provided as soon as possible upon your request.

Pool and Garden

The private swimming pool is not visible from the outside due to its sheltered design. The pool, which can be comfortably preferred by conservative families and honeymoon couples, is also complemented by a peaceful garden area.

The villa is located only 5 km from the center of Kaş and is a 3-minute drive from Akçagerme Beach. Surrounded by nature views, the villa is an ideal option for a peaceful holiday.

Important Information and Extras

• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price.
• Minimum rental period: 7 nights (A cleaning fee of 1,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights).
• A damage deposit of 1,000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is refunded upon check-out if there is no damage, loss, or breakage.
